房間很乾凈很新，冬天有地暖，浴巾洗的香香的。 離格雷梅主幹街走路五六分鐘，而且不用爬坡 露台也挺漂亮的。 早餐一般，omelete with vegetable最好吃。

洞穴酒店比較有特點，住在一個一個小洞穴裡 酒店的位置還不錯，離觀景台比較近。 另外酒店有多個露台，可看熱氣球 酒店早餐一般，不是自助的，是坐在那等他上特定種類的形式 有幸被小貓咪光顧了房間，給了它點水和吃的，餓壞了。吃飽喝足意滿離

The staff are all nice and greet with sincerety. The male stuff helped us check in and explained about the hotel and the offered us car rental and tour services. The price for car rental is slight more expensive than others in the area but since the rental company will deliver and pick up the car at the hotel we opt for the convenience and rented via the hotel. Our room got upgraded and it was nice a spacious. Living in a cave is a good experience for sure. The room is warmer than I expected. There's only one air con in the living room and hence while sleeping have to open some windows to let the wind comes in. Outside was actually colder than inside. The amenities are quite sufficient. The hotel has spots for nice photos of the hot air balloon in the morning but you really need to wake up almost as early as going to take the hot air balloon since there will be other people there and they sure will hog it. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience staying here.
